FAQs

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I am currently only taking Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, United Healthcare, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield MA. I mainly take self -Pay clients. Paying out of pocket for services allows increase of flexibility and for you to be able to create a plan that fits your lifestyle, without limiting your service options that some insurances may create. We at CSocorrocounseling believe that your care is important and ultimately providing you undivided, specialized quality time is our number one focus.

Do you do free consultations?

Yes. I do a 15 minute free consultation to go over the topic of concern and to determine if we are a good fit.

Do you do in person sessions?

Currently most of my clinical sessions are virtuaI. However, there are some specialty sessions that I do face to face. for more information about face to face specialty sessions please contact me.

How many sessions do I need?

It all depends on the problem. some require a few sessions and others require longer. This is a question we will discuss when we begin our venture together during our first session. Everybody’s Journey is different.

How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?

In the first two sessions it is simply information gathering and us discussing how we will work together with treatment and goal building. This is your journey I am here to facilitate, listen and provide support. It may sound simple but, I will be transparent. It is hard work and requires commitment, transparency, trusting the process and consistency.

When do you know that you should seek out a counselor?

Great question! when you as an individual feel that you have exhausted all avenues and those avenues keep leading you back to the same route. creating those feelings of being stuck, confusion, lost, continuance of sadness and anxiety. This is not to say, that you must feel that you have to exhaust all avenues to seek out help but , generally this is when we mostly pay attention. I will say, the sooner you recognize there is a problem, the better it is to seek assistance prior to it spilling to other areas of your life.

Let us help you find care that's right for you.
